Friends,
A lot of money is needed for organizng the party (ie, for sound system, gana mela troup, food, stage, lights, decorations, security, printing and stationery,...etc). So all of us must donate some amount for the same.
There will be a registration fee of Rs. 100 for single and Rs.200 for family of four (which includes the cost of food coupon too). But this alone doesn't cover the total expense. So you have to donate as much as you like. Those who are donating more than 500 need not have to pay the regsitration fee again. But we expect a minimum of Rs.1000 from each of you. The names of those who donate more than Rs.1000 will be published and also will be announced during the event.

what if I just give it to you in hand when I get there
No dear you can send as much as you like. If you can send it in advance that will be appreciated, cause we need a lot money to arrange the party. If it is difficult you can do as you wish. (We expect Rs.5000 from you!!!!!)
